Covid-secure: Keeping you safe on holiday

We have put imany extra measures in place to keep you and your family, the park, and our staff as safe as we possibly can. 

We would like to thank you all in advance for your cooperation and your continuing support. We appreciate the past few months have been difficult and testing times for all concerned, and we are looking forward to you all being able to return for many safe and happy holidays at Truro Holiday Park.

Track and trace

We operate a ‘track and trace’ system. You give us your contact details and holiday dates when you make your booking, so we will have all the information we need should you need to be alerted about an incidence of Covid-19 at the Truro Holiday Park.

What to do if you become unwell while staying at the park

If you or your family begin to feel unwell, please call 111 for advice. If Covid-19 is suspected, please leave the park immediately and call our office on 01872 560274 to update us on your situation.

Social distancing

Please keep to the 2-metre social distancing rule while you are on the park, to provide you, other park users and staff with the maximum protection. 

Communal facilities

All areas have information signs for you to read. We will also check on communal facilities at regular intervals to keep them as clean as we possibly can.  

Launderette

  • We have removed the seating from the launderette
  • We have installed hand sanitiser and anti-viral cleaning products. Please sanitise your hands before and after use.
  • We ask that you only enter the launderette when no one else is in there. While you wait for your laundry to finish, please return to your holiday home/pitch or wait outside.

Shower and toilets

  • The shower and toilet blocks have hand sanitiser. Please sanitise your hands before and after use.
  • Please bring your own facilities such as a toilet tent if you are not comfortable with using shared facilities.

Dishwashing area

We provide hand sanitiser in the dishwashing area. Please use this to clean your hands when you enter and before you leave..
